Elaine White's Life in Books

The Author

Elaine White is the author of multi-genre MM romance, celebrating 'love is love' and offering diversity in both genre and character within her stories.

Growing up in a small town and fighting cancer in her early teens taught her that life is short and dreams should be pursued. She lives vicariously through her independent, and often hellion characters, exploring all possibilities within the romantic universe.

The Winner of two Watty Awards – Collector's Dream (An Unpredictable Life) and Hidden Gem (Faithfully) – and an Honourable Mention in 2016's Rainbow Awards (A Royal Craving) Elaine is a self-professed geek, reading addict, and a romantic at heart.

The Reviewer

I’m an author and reader, who just can’t get away from books. I discovered the MM genre a few years ago and became addicted.

"Flashing those perfect teeth, he stood on his tip toes and kissed Giovanni's cheek. “It was really, really hot,” he whispered, his hand lifting to touch the buttons on his shirt.
As green eyes flicked up to meet his gaze, he couldn't help himself. He caught the kid's head in his hand and dragged him into one last kiss. Their lips met halfway and it was intense right from the start.
Darren opened his mouth and whined, as he struggled to maintain the height difference. With his back already sore, from various uncomfortable positions last night, Giovanni grasped his thighs and lifted him off his feet.
A long, low 'mmph' accompanied Darren's rush to wrap legs around his waist. A tongue battled with his, as Giovanni blindly reached for the back of the armchair and managed to slid over the arm into the seat. He landed with a bump, but ignored it in favour of feeding on Darren's delicious mouth. He was on the verge of dragging him back to bed.
“Wow!”
Giovanni gently pushed Darren's chest, until they stared at each other in surprise. In unison, they looked over Darren's shoulder towards the door to the living room, where one of the youngest members of the frat house stood. “What are you gawking at?” he bit out, frustrated that they'd been interrupted.
The kid flinched and grabbed the strap of his bag, with both hands. “Um...only the hottest thing I've ever seen,” he claimed."
