This, by far, was not my cup of tea. I appreciated where it was trying to go and the basic idea of the story, but it just didn’t pull together for me. The dialogue was very simplistic, very basic and didn’t really help us settle in the story or progress the plot. It was basically all descriptive work pushing the plot along, with excessive language, sex, nudity and references to rape that just dragged the story down. Too much emphasis was put on Gil’s role, rather than what Raja was trying to do.
Great artwork, but confusing to read, with no sense of time or place and not enough plot. Too dark, too gross and not enough substance for my liking.
